6. Returns and Refunds Due to the perishable nature of coffee products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in the case of defective or damaged products. If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify us within 5 days of receipt, and we will, at our discretion, either replace the product or issue a refund. We reserve the right to require proof of damage or defect before processing any replacement or refund.
